It is important to support your child's physical and mental wellbeing and this can be achieved in many ways. Please find resources to support this here.
As a class, we absolutely love GoNoodle! It's a really fun and active way to take a mental break and shake off the cobwebs. The kids all have their favourite songs/dances! It is free to set up an account if you don't already have one, and a link to the website is down below.
