Introduction to Parentmail
At our school we use the Parentmail system as an easier way of communicating with our families. This system also allows us to reduce the amount of paper being used by the school by emailing letters directly to parents and carers. This also ensures that letters don't disappear at the bottom of children's bag/bookbags. 
To access the system parents are asked to provide the school office with an email address, this then triggers a 'registration email' with step by step instructions for setting up the individual account. 
Currently we use the system to send out all letters and newsletters, parents can also pay for school trips and school uniform via the system which can be more convenient than sending cash into school.
