Mindfulness and Keeping Active

Joe Wicks will be starting his YouTube PE lessons again this week, from 9am, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAxW1XT0iEJo0TYlRfn6rYQ

As we enter lockdown number 3 keeping active is really important, and that’s why #ThisIsPE, produced by our colleagues up in Yorkshire and endorsed by AfPE and the Department for Education, is a useful way to deliver activities and games that will entertain, educate and burn off some of that energy.

The videos are presented by PE teachers and linked to the Primary PE curriculum so it is a fantastic way for teachers to continue to educate children at home or for parents to keep children physically active at home!

All videos are available through the link below and can be used by teachers to deliver virtual PE or my parents at home home educating their children.
